PAIN MEDS PLEASE!

So I am not sure if you know but I am in no way, no how, not even almost contemplating trying to get this big boy into the world on my own. To my fellow ladies that have, God Bless You! Me, not so much.... I had a doctor appt. on Friday and after seeing the doctor an hour and 45 minutes after my appt. (my FABULOUS IDEA of scheduling my doctors appts. for the entirety of the pregnancy (I have 5 appts. left! Hooooooly Mooooooooly!) at 4:30 in the afternoon on Fridays so I can sneak out of work early REALLY backfired on me as we all know that the later the appt., the later the doctor is to see you once every person ahead of you takes up the day with their appts.! Plus she literally almost passed me coming in the door as she was running out to go do a delivery really quick.) my doctor asked, have we talked about pain meds... In which I replied, YES PLEASE, ALL OF EM :). It just makes me shudder when I think of pain, I am a big ol weiner and have noooooo problem saying so myself! If I could get a "pre-epidural" to take the second I feel pain at home, I would do that as well :). Besides that and the fact that good ol' doc was plum worn out by the time I saw her, everything is going great. She said I am measuring perfectly, and his heartbeat (136) sounds "gorgeous" :). I was told I carry pregnancy well, in which I winked at them and said "you know we love to hear some of that good stuff sittin' here chubbin' it up ;)".

I can't believe that the showers have started and man they started out with a bang with Brad's family! Such good goodies!! I can't wait to see everyone! I can't believe that we have 2 months exactly from today! Although fingers are crossed for a 39 week induction or C section :). It's just amazing how fast time is flying by! Hopefully it keeps on flying because I am starting to get a little uncomfortable at night sleeping, can't really get comfy. And the BEND OVER IN PAIN having to pee trips that have a milisecond warning, are getting very abundant! It's getting very exciting though and the anxiety of getting him here is KILLING ME!
